I have over 15 years of experience working with adults in mental health care, working with clients both individually and in groups. I had the opportunity to be part of the team at a day center providing therapy to people with psychiatric experiences. I have also gained valuable professional experience during the years in private practice and through ongoing supervision.
My therapeutic approach has been shaped by my own healing journey, which I began exploring through music, spontaneous dance, bioenergetic therapy, and meditation. These approaches started showing me the way home—to my body, to feelings and memories held deep within, and also to the present moment, where I can connect with the inner source within myself. Encountering pain has always led me to new spaces that could open precisely because of it.
What inspires and nourishes me most in life is the journey inward through meditation and vipassana. I am deeply grateful for life’s encounters with my dear friend Naropa, who continually reminds me of who we truly are.
I approach therapy with humility, respect, and trust in the soul’s natural ability to heal, which exists in each of us.
Just as a tree grows from a small seed, I believe that everyone can discover and nurture their unique heart, gifts, and talents.
Like you, I am also on a journey—toward myself, toward others, and toward life itself. A journey from nowhere to nowhere, from “now” to “now.”
