Bioenergetic exercises are based on bioenergetic analysis, developed by the American physician and psychotherapist Alexander Lowen. The method works with the connection between body, breath, and emotions, helping to release deep muscular tension that accumulates due to long-term stress and psychological strain.

Sessions are conducted in a safe and supportive environment, allowing you to relax, recharge, and reconnect with your natural spontaneity and joy.
Exercises are performed standing, sitting, or lying down.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Practice is done barefoot or in socks to stay connected with the floor.

Sessions take place at the therapy studio in the center of Brno, in close proximity to Náměstí Svobody
Recommended are 6–10 sessions, during which you will learn the exercises well enough to continue practicing at home independently
