In my practice, I offer body-oriented psychotherapy, which is a deeply effective therapeutic approach. It works not only on the cognitive level, but also on a deeper psychological and emotional level. It helps clients develop grounding in the body, greater presence, and a deeper sense of belonging, which can be a powerful healing experience — especially for people living abroad.
Current research in neuroscience shows that meaningful therapeutic change is strongly supported by work that involves the body. In simple terms—the more vivid, engaging, and complete the therapeutic experience, the more it imprints into your nervous system. Acting is more powerful than just thinking.
Therapy therefore includes besides interview also bioenergetic exercises and other techniques focused on awareness on the breath, grounding in the body, and releasing chronic stress and tension. These approaches help clients reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and needs, develop a deeper sense of self-understanding, and gradually rediscover greater vitality, ease, and spontaneity in their lives.
