My work is grounded in over 15 years of experience in mental health care with adults, in both individual and group settings. For many years, I was part of a day treatment center offering therapeutic support to people with psychiatric experience. I continue to grow professionally through my private practice, ongoing training, and supervision. In my work, I follow the Ethical code of the EABP.
My therapeutic approach has been shaped by my own healing journey, which I began exploring through spontaneous dance, bioenergetic therapy, vipassana and other forms of meditation. These approaches guide us home—to the body, to the feelings and memories held within it, and into presence and awareness, where there is a connection with the inner source. Encountering pain has always led me into new inner spaces that open precisely because of it.
Through my own life experience, I feel closely connected to the expat topic – I have lived or spent extended periods abroad (in England, Sweden, Italy, and the Netherlands) and for many years in an international retreat centre in the Czech Republic, which has deepened my experience with multicultural environments. Being in heart connection with Naropa, the artist and founder of this place, brings into my therapeutic work the dimension of consciousness and its healing power – one that transcends borders and limitations.
I approach therapy with humility, respect, and trust in the natural ability to heal oneself, which exists in each of us.
Just as a tree grows from a small seed, I believe that everyone can discover and nurture their unique heart, gifts, and talents.
Like you, I am also on a journey—toward myself, toward others, and toward life itself.
